At E RIDE PRO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
